At Organic Zoo, we want you to love your sustainable pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unwashed condition with all organic cotton tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
